Another important thing to note is that a player cannot take tests that are a higher level than their current SeeD ranking. So if a player is only level 10, they top out at a SeeD Ranking of 10 until they level up some more.
Taking tests is a great way to earn rankings fast, however, rankings are limited to Squall's character level.
There are a grand total of 30 SeeD tests, and each correctly answered question will boost rankings and help earn Squall and squad more money. Players will need SeeD tests to help them boost their SeeD rankings, especially since Final Fantasy 8 will now allow players to turn off all those rank-boosting random battles.
